Turn in to Coach Sweet ASAP. It is good for a calendar year, so you can do it now.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FALL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL.
Northside Urgent Care and Family Medicine offers inexpensive sports physicals. You need to call to schedule a physical but they seem to get you in quickly. The closest office is 11180 State Bridge Road, about 3 miles east of GA 400, phone 770 754-0788.
