2010 XC Summer Workouts Log

Runners and parents, please read the FAQ for answers to common questions regarding the AHS XC program.

July 25 Official Tryouts start Monday August 2nd 7am AHS track. Tryouts will be all week at 7am at the school except for Friday (we will meet at Webb Bridge park).
In order for you to tryout you will need to have the following completed forms on file with the team. Coach Sweet is working on updating the list so you will know what form(s) are missing by early next week. Be on the lookout for that email. All forms are on our website.

  1. Physical -- must be checked clear in all three spots and have all signatures and the physical must have been preformed no earlier then 11/7/2009. Remember that Publix minute clinics do these on a walk in basis for $29.
  2. Insurance form -- if you don't have insurance you must get the booklet from the AHS front office about supplemental athletic insurance.
  3. Student info sheet -- We will be ordering many of the items for the team ASAP so we really need your sizes.

We are trying to keep fees in line with last year we will have a better idea of an exact amount as soon as tryouts are completed and we get updated from the AHS booster club.
Thanks, Coach Shane Sweet

July 19 Runners and parents: If you are not receiving communication email messages, please send an email to Leah Narro.
